  This initiation fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome or progress of the service, as it covers preliminary consultation, assessment, documentation, and operational costs.

• Service Scope
  The services include, but are not limited to, analysis of debt situation, structuring of resolution strategies, and initiating discussions with relevant stakeholders. The initiation fee does not cover the full cost of services, and further charges may apply based on the scope and complexity of the case.

• No Guarantee Clause
  While SolveDet strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for its clients, no guarantees are made regarding the success, timeline, or resolution terms of any debt-related process.

• Client Cooperation
  The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information and cooperate in good faith throughout the process. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of the services offered.

• Confidentiality
  All information shared by the client will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of delivering SolveDet’s services.

• Jurisdiction
  Any disputes arising out of this transaction or service engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
