01Nature of Services
SolveDet (operated by Novasolventia Services Private Limited) is a financial intermediary and loan facilitation platform. We do not originate, disburse, or guarantee loans. We connect borrowers with regulated financial institutions and provide advisory services to help them access the most suitable financial products. Any loan offer, sanction, or disbursal is entirely at the discretion of the lending institution and subject to their credit and policy criteria.
02Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are a citizen or resident of India, have the legal authority to enter into financial agreements on behalf of yourself or your business, and that all information provided to us is accurate and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
03Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through our platform. SolveDet relies on the information you provide to match you with appropriate lenders. Providing inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the withdrawal of any offer and may expose you to legal liability under applicable laws.
04Indicative Offers and Rates
Any interest rates, loan amounts, or offers shown on our platform are indicative only. They are based on the information you have provided and the prevailing rate environment. Final loan terms, including interest rate, tenure, loan amount, and fees, are determined solely by the lending institution based on their credit assessment and documentation verification. SolveDet makes no guarantee that the indicative offer will be the final sanctioned terms.
05Fees and Charges
SolveDet does not charge borrowers directly for loan facilitation services. We receive referral fees from lending institutions upon successful loan sanctions. You may be subject to processing fees, legal fees, property valuation charges, and other costs levied by the lending institution — these are disclosed by the lender separately and are not collected by SolveDet. Always verify the complete fee structure with the lender before signing any loan agreement.
06Marketing Communications
By submitting your contact details (name, email address, or mobile number) through any form on our platform — including Quick Apply, Book a Call, loan enquiry forms, or the Credit Health Report tool — you consent to receive marketing communications from SolveDet. These communications may include product updates, financial insights, loan rate changes, and promotional offers sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, replying STOP to any SMS, or writing to us at hello@solvedet.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to your active enquiry or application.
07Data and Privacy
By submitting your information through our platform, you consent to us sharing your data with relevant lending institutions for the purpose of evaluating your loan application. You also consent to us contacting you via phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp regarding your application and related financial services.By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive calls and messages from SolveDet even if your number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry maintained by TRAI For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
08Disclaimer of Liability
SolveDet is not liable for any decisions made by lending institutions, including loan rejections, rate changes, or changes in terms. We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on indicative offers shown on our platform. Financial decisions should be made after careful consideration of your personal financial situation and, where appropriate, in consultation with qualified financial advisors.
09Intellectual Property
All content on solvedet.com, including text, graphics, logos, and tools, is the property of Novasolventia Services Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. SolveDet™ is a trademark of Novasolventia Services Private Limited.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us at hello@solvedet.com to resolve any concerns before initiating formal proceedings.
11Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
